There are no significant reactions between Valium and Lexapro. I actually take the two myself and I am an RN. I take Lexapro in the AM and Valium at night to sleep. Did your doctor prescribe these drugs to you? You should be consulting them about this question. Theoretically, the diazepam, in pills, could be separated from the binding agents and injected. Practically, this is beyond the capabilities of most users and injecting the binding agents may have adverse effects.
In any case, injecting diazepam should only be done when there's no alternative as tolerance and/or dependence are likely to develop more quickly than with oral administration.
If the IV use is intended to decrease the time to onset of effect, sub-lingual would be preferable.
If the IV use is for "recreation", treatment would be preferable.

Well technically yes. There are many people who are prescribed both medications. The Seroquel is an anti-psychotic given to those who suffer from bi-polar/manic depression (although in smaller doses it is given as a sleep aid).
The codeine is a very mild version of the stronger opiates such as Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and morphine. Funny enough, Codeine is a "pro-drug" because it actually converts to morphine in the blood stream. Of course the responsible thing for me to say is that you should only take the 2 together if prescribed...but let's get real...if you were prescribed them together you probably would not be asking the question to begin with LOL.
Medication reactions differ from person to person. For example, my husband takes 300mg XR Seroquel per day. If I were to take more than 25mg, I would be passed out for days! AND HE WEIGHS TWICE AS MUCH AS ME!! However in the same respect, I can take 3 Tylenol 4's w/Codeine and be pain free and slightly buzzed (which is wrong to say, but I am not going to lie to someone who wants a truthful answer). If my husband takes even ONE Tylenol 4 w/Codeine, he throws up all night.
Some people claim that Seroquel offers a hallucinogenic high accompanied by euphoria (similar to the feeling of being drunk). Others argue that when taken properly, Seroquel does not work instantly but rather kicks in over time (as with anti-depressants).
There is a moderate interaction between the 2 drugs...but it is only because they are both CNS depressants, and the pharmaceutical companies MUST advise the user about POSSIBLE respiratory depression. But in the same regard, you get the same warning about alcohol and Hydrocodone.
The best thing I can tell you is that if you are taking the drugs recreationally...take it slow, as Seroquel is a very powerful anti-psychotic. If you are prescribed both and are still worried...consult a pharmacist by calling a pharmacy in another town/citystate...in case you are worried about them "catching on" to abusive behavior.
PLEASE PLEASE do not listen to people on underground drug abuse forums...many of those people are beyond help and are probably taking ALOT more drugs than just these 2...and most likely in MUCH higher doses.
Be safe, consider the moderate interaction when dosing to avoid potential overdose (basically start with a low dose of each), and also check with a doctor or pharmacist (NOT an Internet junkie that is beyond help).

You can take Xanax and Valium at the same time. They are both benzo's. Just don't overdo it or you will be whacked out of ur mind.
Can you mix misoprostol and Valium?
I was wondering the same question. I am prescribed to Valium 10mg to take when needed for anxiety problems. I had some methadone to take just for the high 10mg pills. The majority of information that I have gotten has indicated that mixing Valium or any benziodiazapine (xanax, Valium, lorazepam, etc.) can kill you if you take to much. It can lower your breathing and stop your heart. So if you decide to mix anyways i would start off with a low dose maybe 10-15mg of methadone and 2-5mg of Valium (0.5-1mg of xanax) and work your way up from their. I wouldn't recommend taking more than 10-15 of valuim (2mg of xanax) with no more than 20 of methadone. Again I am not a doctor and results of this mixture could be fatal. I am a recreational methadone user maybe once or twice every 2 weeks. As it goes for all hard painkillers moderation is key. Methadone is a seriously addictive drug that leads to lots of overdoses. Be safe.

Not without a prescription from your physician, and I recommend consulting a pharmacist about possible drug interactions. Ambien has been known to cause people to do silly and dangerous things, like playing golf inside your car at 2 AM.
Though the manufacturer doesn't have an established maximum dose per day- generally 40mg/day is the accepted max. Some doctors give more- but they are using it outside of the recommended dose...
Does Klonopin and Valium show up as the same drug on a 9 panel drug screening?
No. Klonopin is a benzodiazepine and will be routinely checked for in a urine drug screen. I have never encountered a routine screen for Buspar and see it unlikely that it would ever be screened for as it is not a controlled substance.
Are Darvocet and Valium the same?

Personal comments:
- I currently take 30mg of Vicodin per day and 20mg of Valium; however, you should not drive on this level of medications. Also, you should not take them together at the same time.
- I usually take 30 mg Vicodin in the morning to alleviate my pain and will take 20mg Valium about 8-10 hours later. I have a high tolerance to both meds.
- Neither medicine should be taken just to get high. Medicines are almost always associated with side effects and often they are serious side effects and some may cause death, especially when they are mixed with other medicines.
- Always ask a doctor before mixing these medications and see how they affect you before doing even ordinary tasks until you know how these meds will affect you.
- Always take medications under the supervision of a doctor.

Just today I had to take Valium to get through my work as I was having an anxiety attack This included heart pulpertations, dizziness, problems breathing and unable to concentrate or think straight. I first took a quarter of a 5mg tablet to c how I went. I still had the same symptoms about half an hour later so i took the next quarter. So in total I took half a 5mg tablet. Yes, midazolam, a short acting benzo commonly known as Versed, is a Schedule IV controlled drug. It is used mainly to knock people out before surgery via intravenous injection, but also as a last result for people with insomnia where traditional sleep aids, such as ambien, lunesta, temazepam, etc. aren't effective. Compared to other popular benzodiazepines or "benzos" like Klonopin and Xanax, Valium (Diazepam) offers a more euphoric effect as it offers a physical and neural relief. Klonopins are a popular street 'come down' drug dubbed "K-pins" that compared to Valium is more of a neural hypnotic; Klonopin (when taken beyond prescribed doses) tend to issue a "drunk" effect, albeit the drug isn't capable of physically effecting your being, rather force your mind to think otherwise.
Both are effective for numerous types of anxiety, and are very affordable in generic. Due to the varying sense of euphoria issued by Valium it is noticabley a higher risk for addiction. Valium also stays in the blood far longer than its counterparts which, depending on the legitimacy of usage, offers an umbrella effect that can be either beneficial or detrimental.
Xanax is in the same boat as Klonopin in terms of a neural adjustment, though more potent. It also issues no physical change in the body but is highly effective at treating panic disorders. It is also one of the few benzos that have physical side effects.
Valium taken in massive doses (since some will always ask) will remove euphoria with delusion and sleepiness. I've used all three since they are always compared and contrasted, and Valium has won my vote in terms of "how it makes you feel."
What happens if you mix Seroquel Skelaxin clonazepam diazepam and alcohol?
Why would you take clonazapam (Klonopin) and diazapam (Valium) together? They're both benzodiazepines, members of the same class of drug. Everything you've listed is sedating and depresses the central nervous system. Alcohol can dramatically increase the effects of the Seroquel, Skelaxin, clonazepam, and diazepam, and is a CNS depressant itself. You could die from this combination, or worse, end up in a coma or permanent vegetative state.
Best case scenario is that you'll vomit before you pass out so you don't aspirate your stomach contents, and someone will call the rescue squad. If you survive your adventure, expect to have your stomach pumped and/or ingest a large quantity of charcoal mixed with a laxative. Also, expect to spend some time on an in-patient psych unit.
Don't mix those meds, and especially don't mix them with alcohol. If you're feeling suicidal, go to your nearest emergency room for assistance.
