If you take both at the same time or even in the same 1-2 hours of each other I wouldn't recommend you operate any heavy machinery like a car unless you have taken them both before and know how you feel.

Motrin 800 is what they call an (nsaid) meaning nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug for pain reliever, fever reducer. Motrin is not a non-narcotioc drug. Vicodin is a narcotic, and can be habit forming. You must have a script for vicodin, but not for motrin.

If a drug test comes up positive and the prescription drug can explain it then the positive result will be disregarded. Now that said, if you are on probation for abusing or selling prescription drugs, I imagine the court could/would require you to report any prescriptions you obtain before you fill them or take any of the drug, and if it an abusable drug the judge might require a statement from your doctor explaining the drug's necessity. This is just a guess on my part but it seems likely.

Let's see. Lortab has Tylenol in it, which means you're screwed with it recreationally. For actual pain management, it's fairly strong, considering, so if it's legitimate pain, you may try a tramadol supplement--or, if it's breakthrough pain, you may go on oxycodone. Or OxyContin if you want more of the good stuff for pain and less euphoria and less Tylenol, as with Lortab.

But if you wanna just get screwed up and addicted, swallow a bunch of OxyContin, or maybe try Fentanyl. That's stronger than heroin, very good for pain, and it's like Three Day Energy rather than Five Hour Energy. But it'll kill your stomach, and likely the rest of your tissue, depending on your habit. Hydromorphone may be up your alley, good for pain, not so good for recreation unless you're willing to use a needle or a home-made suppository... so take your pick.

No absolutely not, your reading the prescription wrong, it will say 10/500 or 5/500 or similar the lower number is the amount of Hydrocondone(Vicodin) in the pill the 500 is the amount of non-narcotic acetaminophen in the pill, you would die if you took 600mg of Vicodins, that's 60 of the highest dose pills available you would have to ingest to take 600mg of it, some people on here shouldnt answer questions they know nothing about especially when it could be dangerous.

Vicodin, like Percocet, is prescribed for patch users as a pain breakthrough drug. Normally, you'd take it in instances where increased activity has increased your pain level beyond the patch's control point (breakthrough) and you need something short term to handle the pain.

You can also use it if you've waited a bit too long to change out your patch to a new one. It usually takes a while for a new patch dose to ramp up to where you're feeling the effects, so in those cases, you can use Vicodin to bridge the withdrawals until the Fentanyl takes effect.

The difference is the amount of APAP, Like the Hydrocodone 5-325 is Norco It has less APAP which is Acetaminophen (Tylenol) . The Hydrocodone 5-500 is Vicodin, and it has the same amount of the Narcotic but more APAP.
