Yes, you must put duct tape on the wart, leave it there for about a week, and on the last day you either use a nail file or emery board and then put chalk on it, to dry it out. then leave the duct tape off for the rest of the day and just keep the cycle going until your wart problem has disappeared, and DON'T USE BANDAGES! they keep your wart moised and it will be harder to get off.

Can you go swimming right after getting a bellybutton pierced?

You physically CAN, but I wouldn't... I wouldn't swim in anything only a day after. They can get infected by your clothes rubbing against them, I wouldn't chance a dip in fish poo infested water. It's not a good idea. You're almost certain to get an infection. I am lifeguard and a competative swimmer so I had to get back in the water within a week of piercing my belly button. I recommened using Tagaderm which is a clear bandage that moves with your skin and will protect it from anything in the water. You can get it from any Rite Aid or Walgreens type store in the bandaid department.

Are warts bad?

Yes. When you rip it off it is going to bleed. This blood will contain the wart virus and you may spread it elsewhere. Also it is going to grow back. Warts have a very deep root structure. You need to see a doctor to have it frozen or zapped.

The above is not 100% true. First, warts to not actually have 'roots' - rather, they grow via blood vessel, hence the reason why they bleed so badly when you rip them out. I have ripped warts out of my foot, and they never came back. Also, I have seen a doctor regarding my wart problems (all over my hands) and he told me to keep doing what I am doing (trying every method in the book, including wasting my money on Dr Scholl's and using apple cider vinegar) He told me that every time I do a 'treatment' of any kind, I am killing more of the wart. So no, you do not HAVE to see a doctor.

What is the wart on your pugs head?

Warts can grow on various parts of a dog's body. Many are completely harmless, and while they do not look attractive, they are not dangerous. According to some sources, older dogs that develop warts should be watched more carefully, because those warts are more likely to be cancerous. With younger dogs, the most common kinds of warts form on the face, lips, mouth or eyelids. Some of these warts are caused by a virus and need to be treated by a veterinarian. The best thing to do if your dog has a wart is to take him or her to a vet to have it tested. It may turn out to be nothing, but better safe than sorry.

How do you remove warts on a my hands?

The best thing to do is check with your PCP. In the meantime, you can try this; I had success with it as a youngster. Saturate 3 or 4 ounces of water with salt; put enough salt so that it cannot all dissolve. Moisten the pad of an ordinary band aid with it and apply it to the wart, with the pad over the wart, of course. Do this daily and before long the wart will dry up and vanish. You can put the water aside for use later, or make a small amount fresh each day. Wash your hands regularly.
