I just drove through Mc Donalds to purchase a quarter pounder with cheese because I had a "buy one get one free" coupon. Much to my horror, the cost of ONE BURGER is $4.29! Waaaay too much in my opinion. I will never go back to Mc Donalds again for a burger. You can get a better burger at Jack in the Box for 1/4th the cost, literally. Mc Donalds is on a sinking ship. If they don't do something about the prices of their burgers it will be belly up before you know it.

Well they have so many items, I'm not going to list them all, and there will be new ones as this question ages. But mostly, they have I think 24 meal combos available covering burgers, chicken sandwiches, snack wraps, chicken nuggets, fish, and multiple kinds of these. Their most famous burger is the Big Mac. They are also famous for their dollar menu of various items only costing $1 such as a McChicken or McDouble. They have vanilla ice-cream and sundays for desert, as well as cookies and pies. There are many sauces you can get for sides especially with nuggets. And the best part is it's very cheap as well. If you go to a McDonalds, they always have the menu big and bright for all to see.

As somebody that has work at McDonald's, No they don't microwave the burgers, but the way they cook them isn't much better what they do is place the patties on the grill and press a button which press the meat between 2 heated "Platens" after the set amount of time for that meat the "platens" lift and they take the now juice-less squished meat off the "grill"
