The concept is probably prehistoric. The trope of people turning into animals is found in the folklore of most cultures around the world; is a core concept of shamanism and clan structure. (The Hurons clans were based on animal ancestors).
The earliest instance of a man turning into a wolf is from the Kingdom of Arcadia. (An aboriginal culture of Greece that predates the Greeks). They just do, no-one really knows why, I guess werewolves and vampies are just born enimes...apart from if lycans are involved. (Because they are half vampire-half werewolf...)
because werewolves think that vampires are going to suck their blood.
I have absolutely no idea, but there is a sort of repellent between the two. Just inborn or instinct I guess. Werewolves are just greedy anyhow; steal things from vampires

The treaty is meant to maintain peace between the two groups and prevent conflicts.
Where there werewolves and vampires in the Bible?
No. There are no werewolves nor vampires but there are unicorns and levanthian and behemoths.
---
Note that the terms in the original texts didn't say "unicorn" or leviathan or behemoth - those are just the terms the translators chose.
Current scholarly opinion is that the term translated "unicorn" referred to a wild ox.
"Leviathan" has multiple meanings. In some spots it refers to to an unnamed historical/political enemy of Israel rather than the original serpent-monster that was part of Middle Eastern mythology. In other spots it refers to a whale. In Job Chapter 41it seems to refer to a sea serpent, although it might be a metaphorical reference to the ocean or the Devil according to some commentators.
"Behemoth" also appears in the book of Job. Behemoth and Leviathan may both be seen as composite and mythical creatures with enormous strength, which humans like Job could not hope to control. Leviathan being the sea and Behemoth the land. Certainly we know of no animals in human history that correspond to their description (outside of mythology).

What age do werewolves change for the first time?
Werewolves do not out-live their human host. Often they are killed before they are a few years old, due to their rambunctious habits.
They can live for thousands of years if they don't get killed. 'Cause each lycan like myself has a different way to kill us like burn us or give us the plague or anything like that. Take the current date, subtract the werewolf's birth-date and you have its age.

Can you use material from a TV show when writing a book?
No because that would be a copyright violation.
The answer is a question of degree. You could write a book about a federation star ship exploring the universe without fear of prosecution. Plenty of people have done so. But if in that story you use the characters of Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock, then you will probably be charged.
Now if you ask for permission, and are willing to share your profits with those who hold the copy write then they will probably be happy to agree (especially if your writing is good), many people has written books on the Star Trek universe and characters.

What is stronger a vampire or a werewolf?
Werewolves
Why well its simple a vampire is a carcass/dead body.Even if you see (movies) they try to make vampires and werewolves equale its not true.Werewolves are live bodys able to turn into a well (werewolf) they are way bigger than a vampire.Pluss werewolves are fast with there long leggs and strangth they are faster than a vampire. To add more werewolves having there huge jaws and long teeth are much stronger, and that sence a vampire is a dead body they are more easyer to brake so there bite may be strong but not as strong as werewolf pluss sence there dead there teeth are easyer to brake. Also a werewolf in a fight with a vampire you can tell the werewolf would win if these things were real the werewolves strangth speed and the fact that they have so much power could overpower a vampire. The only problem with a werewolf catching a vampire is that vampires are so tiny compaired to a werewolf it is hard to grave when there running around. But all in all a werewolf compaired to a vampire is way stronger, faster, bigger, harder bite and power is stronger than a vampire.
Werewolves can run just as fast as vampires.
Most werewolves will reduce their speed at twilight as the illumination isn't as good as during the day and the chances of running into things and hurting themselves is greater. However, when a werewolf gets mad (and when they do they really do) they will charge about at top speed regardless of the lighting and running into things isn't uncommon.

This is a book about love, learning about cultures and discovering family secrets.. It is rather interesting and this book is not a supernatural book about vampires (cough cough Twilight cough cough), faeries (cough cough Lament and Ballad cough cough) or werewolves (cough cough Shiver and Linger cough cough). It is a book mostly about discovery. I read it in my English class and I had finished it in less than 3 days. I liked it that much. I highly recomend it to people from age 9 up to age 94. Enjoy the book! :)
In the Twilight series isn't the treaty between vampires and werewolves already broken?
No because the treaty is only broken if the cullens ever bite a human rather than an animal but (warning spoilers ahead)when Edward wants to save Bella in BREAKING DAWN after she gives birth to Renesmee Edward ask if there could be an acception in the treaty from Jacob (who is his own leader after he breaks away from Sams pack after he wants to plan an atack on the cullens for trying to have a deadly vampire/human baby (Renesme)), for Bellas life.
...well.. i think it already has...in twilight movie in la push... the treaty is only broken if the cullens will bite a human and when the quiluete tribe would reveal the Cullen's secret (for vampires should not reveal their existence)... but Jacob already broke it himself.. he told Bella (in twilight book) about their quiluete legends about the cold ones...specifically the CULLENs...
true...but Jacob mentions that it is a legend and he doesn't even know its true until he becomes a werewolf.
