What band sings whiskey women wine?
Lonnie Johnson
= Lonnie Johnson - No More Troubles Now (1930) Lyrics = Stayed out last night until half past 3,
Found a sweet woman, brought that new sense to me,
I'm happy now, happy as I can be.
Boy, I b'lieve to my soul she done put that thing on me.
Gimme my good whiskey, women, wine, and song,
I'm goin' to have my fun until I'm dead an' gone,
'Cause I'm happy now, an' I can't go wrong,
'Cause I got plenty of money, I'm gon' carry this good work on.
I used to be like a dog, I was tied to a tree,
Now I got plenty money and all the women I need;
You know I'm happy now, happy as I can be.
If I die tomorrow, the world don't owe a thing to me.
I used to cry over my woman, I was dumb as I could be,
Now I've got 3 women, brought those new thrills to me;
I'm happy now, I'm happy now.
Its nothin' like good women, whiskey, wine, and song.
I got me 2-3 women, sweet as can be,
I put that thing on them and got a written guarantee
That I can't go wrong, I mean I can't go wrong.
Nothing like plenty money, good women, whiskey, wine, and song.
I got plen-y money, woman for ev'ry day in the week,
All I do is walk around, eat an' sleep;
You know I'm happy now, you know I can't go wrong,
'Cause I got plenty money, good women, whiskey, wine, an' song.

What is a whiskey crock from Wyoming worth?
Wyoming crock whiskey jugs are pretty rare in general. The only common ones are the Oak Liquor from Evanston and the J. J. Carollo from Diamondville. The price range
for a mint condition jug with no chips , cracks , or missing a handle would start at around $200 and climb up to $1000 or more. This depends what is printed on the jug.
Jugs marked Saloon or bar or from rare towns command the higher prices. Rarity must be considered. A one-of-a-kind jug as compared to 20 known examples. Plus supply and demand. If no one wants it , no matter how rare , its not worth much. The best answer would come from the collector . Warren at wcborton@msn.com
What kind of whiskey is in a highball?
A highball is not a particular drink, it is a type of drink.
It is a highball glass with ice, a liquor such as whiskey, vodka, etc., and a mixer such as soda, cola, or juice. So, a gin and tonic is a highball, as is a screwdriver. Although it can be a bit vague because juice drinks, like a screwdriver or bloody-Mary, are often put in a Collins or pint glass.
Glenfiddich, Glenmorangie, Glenlivet
If you want something with a more distinctive peatier taste, try something from Islay such as Lagavulin or Laphroig; for a more medicinal seaweedy taste try Talisker or Highland Park.

The 'mash' is a mixture of grain, malt and water and some mash from a previous batch which will contain live yeast. It does not refer to the flavour of the whiskey but the process in which it is made

Can drinking from aluminum cans be bad for your health?
Probably not.
A common rumor that began circulating stated that aluminum caused alzheimer's disease.
This originally came from a study that seemed to show that there was a slightly greater amount of aluminum in the autopsied brains of alzheimer patients than other subjects.
Studies since then have showed no correlation to aluminum intake to alzheimer's disease, or, in fact any disease.
the poster who wrote the above answer is either an obvious shill or plain ignorant. Theres been a LOT of studies that , no, they didnt SEEM to indicate as the above shill poses, but they PROVED CONCLUSIVELY that increased aluminum levels directly coorelated with alzheimers.
On this page is a study of how higher levels of aluminum in drinking water coorelated to higher incidents of alzheimers. http://www.nogw.com/aluminum.HTML
When you pop the top of an aluminum can there are billions of micro-particulates of aluminum that break away like when you snap a cracker in half. You cant see the micro-particulates of aluminum but you do injest them. Whether they are small enough to enter the bloodstream and make their way to the brain, i don't know, but my common sense tells me yes, and perhaps the larger chunks (larger relative to what would be found per-molocule in drinking water) could do even worse damage in the brain?
The newer coorelation is with Mad Cow disease which they are 'calling' alzheimers to try and keep the numbers low so the beef market isn't 'harmed' (actually the beef market tycoons).
Also the chemtrails are purportedly containing very high concentrations of aluminum.
Google: aluminum alzheimers - and theres 511,000 hits. does that sound like a "rumor"?
check the above posters last statement:
"Studies since then have showed no correlation to aluminum intake to alzheimer's disease, or, in fact any disease."
My guess is that he works for or profits by the aluminum industry somehow. Think about it. Ill bet he even wrote the question.

Which is the First whiskey of the world?
Do you mean the earliest. That would have been a medieval spirit made from distilled beer, almost certainly in a European monastery, where they had the technology to do it.The Irish were almost certainly producing uisce beatha (the water of life) as early as 450 a.d. under St. Patrick.
From the point of quantity, Indian whiskies generally outsell anything the western world produces, simply because of the massive market that is available.
If you mean the best, then it boils down to a question of taste, but most fans of scotch whiskey would put Brora pretty high up on their lists. It hasn't been produced for thirty years and there isn't much of the stuff left, but give it a try if you have the chance.

Can whiskey lower blood pressure?
I am not a doctor, but I have tried to understand available reports as follow:
A moderate level, let say one or to small Whisky drams a day, would probably be neutral or even positive regarding blood pressure (hypertension).
Heavy drinking will be bad for an existing high pressure condition or if no condition it is likely to cause a condition.
Tests shows that heavy drinkers drop several points in both high end pressure (diastolic) and low end (systolic) when reducing their consumption
Your pressure should not increase 140/90 you are probably at risk from 120/80
High end is most important to look out for if mid age or above.
Another issue is that some drugs against blood pressure have side effects .. alcohol might increase those such as being tired, sleepy etc...
