Can there be a dark and light wiccan?
The practice of the Craft, is not divided into good/bad, white/black, light/dark or any other polarities.
Like all spiritual paths, Paganism/Wicca is practiced by humans, and humans are very complex creatures, who never (I repeat never) are completely one thing.
The energies and powers used in the Craft exist, with or without being noticed, tapped into, channeled, or used. Those powers do not have a polarity any more than electricity running through a line has polarity.
Pagans (Wiccans included) make every effort to be as good as they can be, some are less good at it than others, but that can be said of lawyers, priests, school teachers, police officers, and very nearly everyone else in the world.
You judge others by their actions, but I have never heard anyone ask if someone was a dark or light human.

A child (either gender) born into a pagan family (Wicca is just one of many pagan spiritual paths) is not "baptized" into the faith. The Logic- In this universe there are infinite realities and infinite dimensions, proven by science in the news. 'Insane" people are not insane, they just live in a reality that we cannot see, so are shunned. We cannot know what exists and what does not. How do we know if we truly exist? How can we be sure? Time is also an illusion, everything and nothing is happening at once. So with this right now you are dead, alive, in hell, in heaven, an animal, a tree, and all things at once. People who are insane and belive that they are animals, would be if everyone saw them as that too.
- "Science" is absolute. When the Wright Bros were making an airplane, everyone else belived that flight was impossible. Did that keep Bernoulli's principle from taking to the skies? There have been many discoveries that changed the way people look at things. In Galileo's time, everyone believed the Earth was the center of the universe. Did that all change when people changed their minds? Please tell me the universe is not based in our fickle minds.

According to physical evidence (science has confirmed existence of the "lake of fire" that is described in the Bible) and spiritual evidence (stories from "agnostic" people experiencing "near death" report there is a hell, mystical events), Hell has been proven to exist. This is the place where people, sick with a cancerous disease called "sin" go to die, spiritually.
Hells' existence is not a question of belief. It is a question of proof of existence. The Wicca logic, that says, I don't believe, therefore it must not exist, doesn't acknowledge any proof.
Jesus is the judge. He will determine who goes to Heaven or Hell. Wiccan's go to heaven if they chose God and Jesus heals them of their cancer (sin).
If you are a Wiccan, are you "good" with Jesus? You will reap what you sow. If you promoted sin and turned away from God, then you will reap an afterlife without God's healing, unless you turn to Jesus.

(4) He has establised a spiritual movement that has gone from 13 people in the beginning to over 1/3rd of the population of the earth. (5) Many people report similar "supernatural" experiences that were reported by the 13 in the 1st Century AD. (healing, answers to prayer, miracles, presence of God's Spirit, etc.). (6) No other religious nor spiritual leader has come even close to a supernatual / spiritual presence that Jesus has.

What powers does a wiccan actually have?
The power to reason and think for themselves.
The power to do good for themselves, their family & friends and the world in general.
The power to choose to be who and what they want to be.
The power to speak directly with their god (upper case or lower case, singular or plural) without the intercession of another person or "priest".

What are wiccan's opinion on TV series like Charmed or Supernatural?
I can't speak for others, but as a practicing witch and a lifetime Pagan I've never been all that fond of them.
With so much being portrayed on TV as "the way it IS", it actually makes my life harder.
Those who don't know us think we are either a fluffy as some of the characters on TV or think we actually do some of the "magic" that is only possible with a good FX department. Others realising the shows are "fake" assume there are no such things as real witches. How ever you look at it we're snookered.
The Wiccan Coveth is a conservative Wiccan movement which has slowely started to develop through the UK and Ireland. "The Coveth", is a is a branch of Wicca which has many rules and regulations that must be followed by its followers.

I have been a Wiccan for almost 9 years now and recently the use of Angels within Wicca is becoming more and more popular. The reason for this is that the Gods and Goddesses were human entities and had two sides, good and bad, so you have to make sure that you access the good qualities. This can be difficult if you are trying to concentrate on the outcome of your ritual. Modern Wiccans, like myself, are now using the Angelic Realm within our rituals as these are the highest and more purest entities that you will find. I am currently working on my own book based on the Angelic realm. I hope that helps.

What is Wicca's view on the nephilim?
The nephilim, the biblical giants, some of the fallen angels that had come to earth to fornicate with man, the angels that werent necessarily on the bad side of the Christian God. These nephilim?
Even among Christians, people cant decide what the nephilim were.
But, on the purely religious side of Wicca, Wiccans (generally speaking) dont believe in the bible. A great deal may believe in giants, many more may believe in celestial beings that fornicated with man. Some may even believe in angels, but that is starting to border the "Wicca is an individual's religion" idea and where things get foggy.
You can talk to ten different Wiccans/Pagans/Witches, and you will get ten different answers. This one is just one of many.
I am going to go out on a limb here and guess your question is in fact "what is the new year in the Wiccan faith?"
Most Wiccans and Pagans celebrate Samhain (Oct 31/Nov 1) as our New Year. We all do live in the everyday world where most people follow the Julian calender. So we also celebrate Dec 31/Jan 1 as most of our non-pagan friends do.
What does it mean when fire goes out of control in a wicca ritual?
It simply means that you need to take better precautions! Not every act is magickal. We need to make sure that our rites will be safe for maximum effectiveness!
Let's put it this way... If the coveners need to be concerned with putting out fires during the ritual, then surely their intentions, energy and attention were broken. That is when things become truly "out of control".
You are certainly not alone. There are many stories of sleeves catching fire and candles being blown over, but please, for the sake of safety and the sake of your rituals, be careful! You will be held responsible for all that you do and all of its effects.
