Kiwanis Club membership has never had any racial restrictions, so technically Kiwanis membership has been open to Afro-Americans since the organization's inception in 1915. Membership to individual clubs is by invitation and has never been monitored as to race, but Club memberships tend to reflect the ethnicity balance of the surrounding community. Some Clubs are predominently Afro-American; there have been numerous Afro-American Division Lieutenant Governors as well as some Regional Governors.
How can you find a wiccan teacher?
There is an old saying which states "When the pupil is ready, the teacher will appear."
This is more complex than it seems at surface value. What it means, is that in order to recognise that you are learning something, you must first understand yourself.
There are many websites which deal with Wicca and Witchcraft. A good place to start your search for knowledge, can be found in my link below this answer. The following books will also provide a good introduction.
Raymond Buckland:"Buckland's complete book of Witchcraft," Llewellyn Publ,, (1986).Scott Cunningham:
"Wicca: A guide for the solitary practitioner," Llewellyn Publ., (1990).

Answer
While its true the saying "When the student is ready, the teacher appears" does have that exoteric meaning, the esoteric meaning is that as we mature (ie, become ready) we see things differently. The most mundane example is if you pick up a book you haven't read in a few years, chances are good you will encounter at least one part that makes you go "I never noticed that before".
The teachers are all around us, sometimes they themselves are not aware of it. The question is, are you able and willing to take to the time to notice?
However, as directly pertains to this question: Consider doing a search for covens or other magic groups in your area, go to metaphysical shops and see if any have put up fliers. There are groups all over the place and many more than willing to act as mentors. But be careful: As much as we'd like to think that teachers will always look out for us and teach us properly, many get into it solely for ego gratification or the chance to be "superior" to someone and may abuse the situation.
If you refinish a 1966 Winchester model 94 30-30 will it hold it's value?
Any Winchester built after 1963 is not really a collectable since the hand-finishing and fitting was discontinued in favor of higher profits. A "shooter" with a good refinish job will sell faster than one that shows a lot of use. If you are talking about a regular Walmart 1966 Winchester 94 the first answer is correct. If your talking the gold plated 66 Centennial, you would be better off not refinishing it unless it is in terrible condition. My dad refinished a Colt Woodsman, because he let it get rusty. It was terrible and sold for only about half what it would have it he just cleaned it up. John Overturf joverturf@mail.ev1.net
In Modern There 2 types of Athame a Black Handle for cutting herbs and so on and White for energy Work. What is the Wiccan Great Rite?
The great rite is ritualistic sexual intercourse. It can be performed either symbolically, or in reality.
In the symbolic great rite, the High Priest will plunge the athame (a symbol of the male) into a wine filled cup or chalice (the female symbol) which is held by the high Priestess. And in the actual great rite, the participants engage in sexual intercourse as an act of joining the male and the female.
The rite symbolizes creation through the union of the maiden Goddess with the Lover God, and is a fertility ritual usually performed around May the first, or any time it is needed by the coven.
What is the difference between Wicca and Pagan?
Paganism is an umbrella term for a variety of religious beliefs, including Shamanism, Asatru, Witchcraft, Stregha etc.. Wicca is one of those.
Pagans generally believe on the forces of nature and individual power and individual being a part of the collective life force of the 'Earth'.
Pagan religions are not organized hierarchal religions. The only hierarchal structure in pagan groups the leadership of the more experienced adepts to the newbies joining that group. Pagan religions are actively practiced by the followers and there is no distinction between followers and priests as such. There is no authoritative organism above all the groups of a pagan religion.
Though there are similarities between many pagan paths and traditions, each pagan religion has its own lore, roots, history and core beliefs that distinguish between them. Even among Wiccan covens (groups of practitioners) there are slight differences of their lore and techniques of practice

What are current issues with Wiccans?
I don't think there are many issues within the current Wicca religion. Wicca in general is closely related to the cycle of the earth, open sexuality, and peace. I would say that among many Wiccan practitioners political issues relating to the enviorment (being green, taking care of the earth), subsistance issues (freedom to hunt, fish, and trap), homosexual rights, and world unity are big issues.
When it comes to the religion itself I think the only issue Wicca faces is its misconceptions. It's often closely related to Satan and Demonic rituals. The word "witchcraft" is closely associated with Wicca, inwhich many stereotypes arise. Wicca focuses on the sole idea of "Harm none and do as ye will" which many Wiccans believe orders them to stay out of religious arguements. They can educate when people are open to hearing their opinion, but they do not push their religion or their beliefs on others. Because of the lack of open information available on Wicca, there is a lot of negativity towards the religion. I would say that is a problem most Wiccans, universally, face.
Do you have to have all the elements to perform a wiccan rite?

There are several types of incense you could use.

Oncense oil does not give off fumes, and safe for using indoors for a small room/long ritual.
Who made up the Wiccan Religion And What Year?
Gerald Gardener, in the 1950s, is generally given that distinction, though "made up" is a term with negative connotations.
It might be better to say that of the newly emerging beliefs from the 1920s on up, he greatly assisted in regularizing it and helping it get it's start.
While it is purely modern, and has no continuity with older pagan belief systems, it is a bona fide faith, and the IRS recognizes it as a church for purposes of tax exemption.
What is the meaning of the Crescent moon in Wicca neo-paganism?
Answer:
It depends.
The crescent moon as represented in the symbol )0( (a more or less way to use type to represent the symbol) actually has triple meaning. This symbol is actually a symbol of two crescent moons; one waxing and one waning, with the full moon in the center between the two crescents. This is commonly known as a Goddess symbol, because in Wiccan theology the moon is representative of the Goddess's power. The waxing crescent (left) symbolizes the Goddess's transition from the status of Maiden to Mother (the full moon, the center circle.) The Waning moon (right) symbolizes the transition from Mother to Death; known as The Crone stage. From left to right we have the three forms represented in this way: the "Maiden" by the ) crescent, the "Mother" by the 0 full moon, and the "Crone" by the ( crescent.
You may also see the crescent in a Cheshire cat smile form sitting above a circle. This symbol represents the union between the God and Goddess: the crescent in this form represents the stags or horns of the Horned God, and the circle represents the full moon (i.e. the Mother phase of the Goddess.)
