Unfortunately if you are looking for a phone that has decent sound quality then, there isn't one on the market because nearly all phones use small full range speakers(not to be confused with 3-way speakers) which don't produce sound quality. If on the other hand your looking for loudness go to phone store and try out either the Samsung Galaxy S3 or try the iPhone, however loudness outputted through the speakers varies on the type of music you play, the quality of the song and your own hearing.
