If you're just want to transfer the picture, all you need to do is connect the phone to your PC, with either a Digital Camera cable, or 'pair' the phone to your PC via Bluetooth. I agree with the above however, maybe he just wants privacy - if you always have to know everything about him, what he does, where he is, who he talks to they maybe he just wants something that may not be controlled by you. It really is his right to have privacy in his own phone - maybe things are not always the means of cheating.
