Where you get a picture of a witch?
If you mean a sterotypical witch (green skin, warts etc.) then go to images.google.ca and type in "witch". If you want pictures of REAL witches then go to images.google.ca and type in "wiccan" "wiccan witch" "pagan" "real" witch or etc. Or search for a wiccan group online that may have pictures of their members. However you should have permission if you plan on using the pictures for something where other people might see it, some witches are forced to stay in the broom closet due to injustices about us.

What is the 'Rule of Three' in witchcraft?
The "Rule of Three" is also called the Law of Threefold Return and states, "Mark well, when thou receivest good, so equally art bound to return good threefold. What ye shall do as evil is thrice returned."
It serves as a caveat given to newly initiated witches in some Wiccan traditions. The purpose is a cautionary one. It keeps people who have just discovered Wicca from thinking they have Magical Super Powers. Sort of like the Christian "Do unto others as thou shalt have done unto you."
Are there any witchcraft schools in Indianapolis Indiana?
I'm going to assume, that this is a serious question about Witchcraft schools, and not a search for a Hogworts type school. I don't know of any schools, but there are plenty of Pagan and Wiccan affliations in the general area. Order of the White Stag is a Pagan men's group in Indianapolis; Circle of Wolves, Coven and Grove is an Eclectic Wiccan Coven. Indianapolis also holds an annual Pagan Pride Day festival. Can a binding spell be removed from a distance from a person or jewelry ring someone is wearing?
Yes, a binding spell can be removed if the person removing the spell has enough experience. Typically, the person would do a ritual wherever they were if it was a major binding spell or curse, but some do not require full blown rituals and simple removal can be preformed with a meditation/trance cross. The actual meditation/trance depends on the witch.
