Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

No-one knows what Mozart's favourite food was because he never wrote it down. Like most of us, he never wrote down what his favourite food was, and if he told anyone they obviously thought that it wasn't important enough to make a note of. I am inclined to feel the same way.

It is one of the 39 clues: it says he did, witch is correct! This is one of the persons mentioned in Mozart's world:

Benjamin Franklin (1706 - 1790) Actually Mozart did meet Ben Franklin in Paris, and was quite impressed by the Glass Harmonica which Dr. Franklin had invented. Mozart composed several pieces of music for it, including the Adagio for Glass Harmonica in C Major, K356.

Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven all have in common that they are from the classical period. Also, Haydn was Mozart's and Beethoven's teacher. They all could play the piano. They have all worked as a musician in Vienna. Haydn was born in 1732, Mozart 1756, and Beethoven was 1770. Haydn influenced both Mozart and Beethoven. Mozart became good friends with Haydn. Beethoven improved upon the classical music of Mozart and Haydn's time.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart got married on August 4, 1782. His wife's name was Constanze Weber Mozart. They had six children together, but only two of them lived past infancy.

He had one living birth sister and five other siblings that died in infancy. A mother and Father. Three family members, four counting him!

There are various beliefs, the most abundant belief is because he was sick with severe "miliary fever", referring to a rash that looks like millet seeds. From my personal point of view, it was because of his lifestyle, as well as any tillness that he had. It all seemed to contribute to his death.

Mozart was a composer, instrumentalist, and music teacher. His musical works include the operas, the flute, concerts for piano, violin, various wind instruments, and numerous chamber pieces.

The European country associated with the lives of Beethoven Hadyn, and Mozart is Austria. Although Beethoven is German, he spent most of his career in Austria.

Many people say it was his music but as a child prodigy music was never really that difficult for him and even if it was he would enjoy it. Probably his greatest achievement was to 'grow up'. After his less than normal childhood it was natural for him to believe that life would always be that way, but it wasn't. It seems right that the greatest accomplishment of a person like him was for nobody but himself.

Haydn had a nasal disease which prevented him from composing music at times. By the year 1802, this long term disease completely prevented him from composing altogether. Whether it was a direct cause of his death is uncertain, but it was no doubt a contributor to his demise and eventual death in 1809 at the age of 77.

Mozart was born into a musical family. He was exposed to classical music from birth and by the time he was age 4 or 5, he was able to read and write musical compositions.

His eyes were reportedly gray or blue-gray. Much lighter than most people expected. His hair is described sometimes as blackish other times as a reddish-blonde. Most often, I believe it is described as a light brown.

Two notable world events during his lifetime (1756-1791) were the American and French Revolutions.

Mozart [like Beethoven] is so popular it is said that some where in the world a piece of his music is always being played.

No. 1 in E flat major, at the age of 8! Magg811- Mozart started getting interested in piano at age 3, and became a master at the violin and piano at age 4 and created his first symphony at age 5. Not age 8. ...this is the first i have heard of him creating Symphony No. 1 at age 5. I believe that it was around the age of 8 or 9.

Mozart was always involved with music, even as a youth. His father Leopold had been a composer, violinist and concert master. He expected the same from his son and Wolfgang did not disappoint. He learned to play a number of instruments, and performed from the time he was six or seven years old. By the time he was in his early twenties, he was hired as a composer and an assistant concert master, working with various musicians and orchestras; he also wrote church music, including the well-received "Coronation Mass." Later, he taught music, continued to perform professionally; he also continued to compose popular works like "The Magic Flute." Because his compositions were frequently performed by well-known orchestras, and his sheet music was purchased by the many people who wanted to learn how to play his songs, he was able to make a respectable living.

At the age of three Mozart, watching his sister's keyboard lessons, began picking out thirds on the keyboard by himself. His father, Leopold Mozart, was a minor composer himself, and began teaching Mozart. By age 5 Mozart was playing his own tunes, which his father wrote down for him. His father was the only teacher Mozart ever had, apart from his own learning from other musicians and composers.

The libretto was written by Lorenzo Da Ponte, and was based on the play La folle journée, ou le Mariage de Figaro by Beaumarchais.

Mozart's father's name is Leopold Mozart.

His mother's name is Anna Maria Mozart.

His sister's name was Maria Anna, but she was commonly known by the nickname "Nannerl".

Mozart helped develop classical music by essentially creating it. He didn't really develop it so much as he is the father of classical music, and I mean that as in the style, i.e. as opposed to baroque or romantic.
