The Oboe is a much better instrument then the Flute. It gives a much better sound and tone quality and does not need to tune as it usually stays in pitch. This instrument may be more expensive, but overall is better and sounds better.

What is f natural on an alto saxophone?
A written F-natural on any sax is fingered by closing all three stack keys in the left hand and the index finger key on the right hand. Top line F also requires the octave key to be pressed with the left thumb. The pitch that sounds is the same as an A-flat on the piano.

I have personally ever heard of that name before. I doubt it would be a good brand. A quick search on google will show you there is no information about it. Logically, if someone is happy with an instrument like that they would write about it.
Can you use a French clarinet ligature on a German clarinet mouthpiece?
To the best of my knowledge, you can't use a boehm ligature on an oehler clarinet. Even if you could, I would not recommend it because it could cause some damage to the mouthpiece. I hope this helps.
