Rome never used 1000 dollar bills for currency, seeing as how the Dollar is a particularly US denomination (as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a few others). Italy, where Rome is, uses the EURO.

Bills of $1,000 US Dollar denominations are no longer in circulation; the largest US banknote is $100. Distribution of high-denomination bills ended in 1969. This was intended to make it inconvenient for drug traffickers and other criminals to carry large amounts of cash.

Sounds like you have a broadstrike error. This is a coin that was struck outside the retaining collar. Without the collar the coin spreads out and is larger than the normal size. Lincoln cents are generally worth about $5.00. Very wide and well centered pieces will bring more.

There are no people on Euro banknotes. All of the designs feature generic, fictional architectural objects such as arches and bridges.

I can tell you that what you have was Argentinian money, and that particular note was printed from 1989 until 1992. Since the Austral denomination (not peso) is no longer in use (not legal tender), the note is only valuable as a collectible. I would suggest searching on eBay for a similar item to find an estimated value (probably between $3 and $5 US for the common one). The link below might help.

All mint uncirculated 2003-2008 500 Taka notes are worth $22, dropping to face value in any used condition (about $7).

No Mexican peso notes were issued in 1882. Maybe it's a coin?

The Royal Bank of Scotland (2000) Twenty Pound note commemorating the 100th Birthday of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother were issued in the serial range QETQM 0000001 to 2000000. There were 2 million notes issued.

Not in US dollars and I can not think of any other country that has a dollar for a unit of its currency that has the kind of inflation that would produce such a large denomination.

Zimbabwe is the only country that has recently issued a $1 million bill, and that was due to hyperinflation. It's only worth a small amount when exchanged for the dollars issued by major countries like Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand.

Those countries have never issued 1 million dollar bills. In fact, $100 the highest denomination currently in use.

Some novelty companies make and sell joke bills that claim to be worth $1M but they're just that - jokes.
