No. it is unsafe to take any Benzodiazapine with Suboxone! It even says so on the Suboxone website. Not only is it dangerous but it has caused deaths in some patients. I also checked this out by calling the medical department at Suboxone and I was told that I was correct that this was the indication.

Although, I must warn you: I've tested positive for opiates 5 days later and I've also tested positive for benzos (xanax, ativan, klonopin, valium) 11 days later. Be Careful! Drink lots of fluids, preferably water,(cranberry juice works good too), and try to flush your system out... if you're trying to get the drugs out of your system as fast as possible, then that's your best bet.
