I'm assuming you meant 1.9 lbs, which doesn't help us much, since it's not really possible to predict with any degree of accuracy exactly how big any given dog will get. Teacup Yorkies are generally 3 pounds or less fully grown, though, so I'm still having some doubts about what kind of dog you've actually got.

Actually, the term "teacup" is used by some breeders who are just trying to get people to buy their dogs.... a "teacup" yorkie is not a separate breed. All yorkies are considered hypoallergenic.

My Yorkie is a bit on the small side, he only weighs 8lbs. However, he is a very good jumper and loves to chase frisbees. When it comes to training him for tricks, he can sit, stay, lay and roll over. He is a bit hard-headed though, he will only do these tricks on his terms or when there is a treat involved. He seems to like to do these tricks only for rewards. We still haven't figured out how to stop him from barking yet...hopefully there is a "quiet" trick we can teach him.

It depends on how your older dog behaves. If he/she is well-behaved, not spoiled, and likes other dogs, chances are that your older dog will teach your new puppy some good behaviour. Beware: this also means that your new puppy will pick up on any bad behaviour that your older dog has. Do NOT get two dogs to keep each other company and to train each other because you will end up with 2 unruly dogs instead of just 1.
