Yes, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was the first of CS Lewis's Narnia series to be published, in 1950. It was only after this book was published that CS Lewis then wrote The Magician's Nephew, to explain how Narnia came to be.
Because they figure he has gone to see the White Witch who wants to kill the children, or at least prevent them from fulfilling the prophecy that means her doom, and because the beavers, as accomplices, would be turned to stone.
In the story of Chronicles of Narnia,Lucy was board so she decided to go look around. She went into a room were she discovered the wardrobe ,she thought it was just a regular wardrobe so she opened it she felt in side but she didnt fill a wall so she decided to go in side it was just filled with coates and jackes.she walked farther amd farther in and still no wall so she kept going then when she was out she discovered Narnia she didnt know were she was at so she decided to look around. While she was looking around she spotted something oddely queer it was an half human half goat creature ,Lucy said, "hi"and the creature got scared Lucy said", come out from the bushes" he came out and inderduced him self Lucy said she was sorry for scaring him the fawn said come to myy house for tea. then she went home then went back Edmund followed her went in met the witch they back told the other Edmund lie about the wardrobe Lucy was sad so the others went with her they surprised they war they were king queen they were all teenagers then went home and they noticed they were only gone for one seconed and they were happy to be back.one night Lucy was in the room she missed alsan and wanted to go back the proffeser told her that was only th beginning and get ready for the middel the closet roared and Lucy was happy to hear alsan and they all went back home . the end writen by Quianna.E 3/5/11
Yes, Queen Jadis is in fact the metaphorical being of the Devil in the Narnia Books. I also have some proof to back up my answer! In the book the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe she was the temptation that caused Aslan to be sacrificed for Edmond. If she had not Tempted Edmond then Aslan would never have had to lay down his life.
The lion's name from C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is Aslan.
When Aslan is absent, the defense of Narnia falls to the remaining members of the lion's court, as well as to the good Narnians who are loyal to Aslan and his cause. This includes creatures such as the dryads, centaurs, and other talking beasts. The good Narnians will fight tooth and claw to defend their home from those who would do it harm, be they human or otherwise.

interpreted the deep magic wrong. When a willing victim is put on the traitor stand, the stone table will crack and time itself will turn around.
they left their home because one of the human children went to the white witch, who they knew would be sending her forces after them to retrieve the other three children. So the beavers take the children to aslan.
This book is actually based off of the story of Jesus in the New Testament. Edmund represents mankind, betraying the "good guys" because we were drawn in by Satan's (White Witch) temptation. Just like the deep magic says that every traitor belongs to the witch, we cannot belong to God unless we are perfect. But obviously, we are NOT perfect. God can't bear to think of not spending eternity with us, He loves us that much. So He gave His life for us, so that if we would just accept His gift, we could spend eternity with Him. But He didn't just die, He rose again! The Bible says that love covers over a multitude of sins. This is an example of Edmund and the Witch, and this is a true story.
They followed a bird that led them to Mr. Beaver.
I think that you might be referring to the Chief Mouse, whose name was Reepicheep.
They have made three films so far: The lion the witch and the wardrobe, prince Caspian and the voyage of the dawn treader.
In the first book, they accidentally stumbled back through the wardrobe.
In the second and third books, Aslan personally sent them back.
In the final book, they do not go back.
No, the character Prince Caspian is not homosexual. Caspian never shows any homosexual tendencies throughout the series. He falls in love with Ramandu's daughter, who is half star and half human, and is married to her in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. She became the queen of Narnia. She also appears in The Silver Chair and with Caspian as her husband in The Last Battle.

The book was published seven years after Lewis's death. The Last Battle was published in 1956 and CS Lewis died in 1963.
aslan and the witch have a meeting in his tent and them it is solved at night when he is kill on the stone table.
At the time that The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe was set, England was in the middle of World War II. This was a dangerous time, with regular air raids by Germany over major English cities. Buildings were regularly bombed, and many parents believed it was much safer to evacuate their children to the country for the duration of the war. The children in The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe were typical of such people being evacuated, and being accepted in the homes of people living in the country.
the trick was that aslan sacrificed himself to save edmund, but by doing that.. Aslan knew that an innocent bystander who sacrifices his own life for another guilty party will defy death even after it is done. and the stone tables cracked and aslan was resurected
First, she gets her powers from her wand. But with her wand, she could turn things into stone.
