Not as of now. Maybe when the ps4 comes out. Thats when the vita will reach its potential

Nintendo 3DS sucks, instead get a DSi that comes with a transformation tool to a 3DS.
The PlayStation Network has purchase restrictions and limits and the answer is best answered by the PlayStation Network Support related link which includes the following information:
"The PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PSP® portable entertainment system will automatically direct the PlayStation Network account to the corresponding region's PlayStation Store. Also, once a PlayStation Network account is created, you will not be able to modify the country tied to that account."
Short for "post script" meaning after writing. Some thing that is added after the main text.
Yes, you can. You can access the PSN and buy not only PS Vita games, but a selection of regular PSP games that will work on it too.
Yes for games. All ps3's are region free for games.
No for blu-ray movies.
"Yes, but it's not a good idea to judge a game based on polygonal count."
To expand on this answer, the PS Vita's screen is 540p, which by some is considered HD, but to others it is Enhanced Definition.
The 3DS's graphics chip isn't as powerful as the PS Vita, and the console plays games at a lower resolution, so if the 3DS were to play games at 540p, the graphical differences would definitely show. Don't let the graphical difference make you change your opinion on the 3DS, as you may like the games on it more than the games on the PS Vita.
The PS Vita does not have a UMD slot so it can't play those. However if you've bought a PSP game on PSN, it can possibly be downloaded on PS Vita, you'd have to check to see if it is available, you might have to wait for it to be enabled.
You only need a SIM card if you've got a 3G version, and wish to subscribe to a 3G service. You do not need a SIM card at all for the wi-fi version, and if you had a 3G version but did not want a 3G subscription, you do not need a SIM card and it will function exactly like a wi-fi PSVita.
OH that's just a tiny bug, it just means your PS Vita is frozen which is also not good.
The solution to this problem is to hold the power button for 20-25 second and you wil get a series of options, use the d-pad + X button and choose Restart Ps Vita System
and you'll be back at your homescreen
yes, it does just in case you can not get 3G connected right away
you get a usb cord plug it in the top of the psp and the other end in your computer on your psp go to settings and click on usb connection somthing should load up on your computer that asks you how you want to veiw files click veiw in folder and make a new folder that's called music then you just drag the songs you want to that folder and then you've got music
Actually it depends on what you need and what you're going to do with it.
For the PSP, it is termed as an entertainment machine. You can listen to the music, watching videos besides playing games with it. The games in the PSP are more graphics intensive as compared to DS.
For the DS, it is more for casual gaming.
It depends on what you're using the gadget for and what kind of games you like playing.
