The Philippines has concluded extradition treaties with Indonesia (1976), Australia (1988), Canada (1989), Switzerland (1989), Micronesia (1990) the United States (1994), Hong Kong and South Korea. All these treaties follow the "non-list" type of double criminality approach, where there is no traditional listing of crimes, as this could lead to difficulties where the countries denominate crimes differently.
According to the Bangkok Nation website:
"At present, Thailand has extradition treaties with 14 countries - the US, UK, Canada, China, Belgium, Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, South Korea, Bangladesh, Fiji, and Australia."

US has an extradition treaty with Thailand. The treaty was signed at Washington on December 14, 1983. The treaty is mainly relating to extradition.

Albania has an extradition treaty with the United States. The treaty was signed on Mar 1, 1933 and was brought to force on Nov 14, 1935. The Treaty was signed at Tirana March 1, 1933 . It was advised by Senate and consent to ratification was on February 2, 1934. It was ratified by the President of the United States on February 21, 1934. It was ratified by Albania on April 20, 1935 and ratifications were exchanged at Washington November 14, 1935.
