The geography of Massachusetts includes that it is the seventh smallest state in the United States. Bodies of water include Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, Massachusetts Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean at sea level is the geographical low point.

In the northeast. New England. Upper right corner of a standard U.S. map such as the one linked below. Massachusetts is located by Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Verm…ont and New Hampshire. So go look at a map and look in the top right corner It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, it is bordered by Cape Cod Bay, and the Conneticut and Merrimack River run through it.
In the 1600's, Massachusetts was really cold.. Not year round like you may believe, it was much like it was today. It's actually a little bit warmer in the winter even becaus…e the Gulf Stream runs right past it, and making it even warmer in the Summer.
The geography was rocky and the soil was thin. They were along the Charles River, so they had fish, and the forest near by supplied them with wood. That's all I know right now…, but when I'm finished with my New England Colonies project I'll probably add more.
