left hand side of steering colum. have to take off the panels, then the plate that is under it which has 4 srews on top and 4 under which you will need extenion to get to. Then you will see it to your right jamed in the coner by the drivers door. good luck it is a pain. Just did that today no luck for me still on the blink. I think mine might be the whole directional unit. which is part of the hazards. Hope you have better luck.
The blinker relay can be found in a 1986 Nissan Pickup in the engine compartment on the fender wall. There are several relay switches located next to the battery.
The 2002 Monte Carlo blinker flasher relay switch is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The blinker flasher relay switch will be above the brake pedal.
It doesn't have a relay but a flasher under the dash.

The turn signal Flasher Relay is located in the front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted driver side of steering column.
Blinker relay is under steering column. In fuse box, there is a relay in right corner. If your blinkers don´t flash, that is usually broken.
look on the right front inside firewall i think its there
The blinker relay is broken. It is located inside the hazard switch. Replace the switch and it will fix your problem.
the relay is located within the hazzard flasher switch. If faulty replace flasher switch and it will sort out the problem

If you are talking about the Flasher Relay, that causes the lights to go on and off, it is located, front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted above fuse block. There is also a separate relay for the hazard lights. It is located, front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel
