Easy job! Takes 15 minutes flat. First loosen the 4 pulley bolts. Remove accessory drive belt. Remove bolts, remove pulley. Remove bolts holding to pump to engine. Remove pump unit. Clean gasket surface with sharp wooden stick. NO METAL, you'll damage the gasket mating surface and assure leaks. Reverse procedure to install.
there should be 3 or 4 bolts that hold pulley on, just remove these bolts a pulley should come off. but remove belt first ! if pulley keeps turning while removing bolts. you can hold it stationary with a scredriver or similar.
