There should be two bolts holding the caliper bracket on. Remove those and the bracket should come right off. If I remember correctly there are two screws holding the rotor to the hub. You may have to use an impact scewdriver to get them loose. The impact screwdriver is the kind you have to hit with a hammer to turn the bit and loosen the screw. The rotor should be loose if not, you may have to hit it a few times with a hammer. Clean and put the rotors back on and reinstall the bracket. Replace the pads with new ones (never use the old ones) and lubricate where they mount to the bracket and where the caliper comes in contact with the pads. That should be all there is to it.

10mm or 3/8
A 21 MM socket for the wheel nuts or your own Wheel Brace. A 14 mm spanner to remove the caliper retaining bolts and a large water pump pliers or special tool to push back the piston inside the caliper.
There is a detailed instructional video listed here: http://www.nissanhelp.com/diy/sentra/brakes_suspension_tires.htm Front brake pads on a 2001 Nissan Maxima equipped with a 1.8 liter engine require a 14mm socket to remove the caliper. After the caliper is removed the brake pads slide out from the sides from the grooved guides. Install in reverse order after pushing the piston into the caliper using a "C" clamp. If the rotor needs to be removed the a 19mm socket is required to remove the caliper bracket so the rotor can be taken off the hub. It is simply placed over the lug studs and may require a little help via a hammer to remove the old one because of rust or dirt. hope this helps.
Open the brake fluid reservoir top. Remove the wheel. Carefully remove the caliper assembly by removing the two screws. Using a C-clamp slightly press back the round brake pressure apparatus. Remove the brake pads and make sure the 2 little spring pins are also removed. Remove the assembly that holds the brake pads. Take the old rotor off. replace assembly, pads and caliper assembly.

The same way as any other car. Remove the caliper, remove the brake reservoir lid, use c-clamp to draw in piston, replace pads, grease tracks, fasten caliper, put lid back on, pump brake pedal for pressure. Go to other wheels, repeat.
