How do you get the rear hub off to change the emergency brake pad on a 1998 Chevy S10 Blazer?

I had the same problem. I had to get tough with them. I know this doesnt sound right but you need to use a bigger hammer! Break it loose by hitting the hubs. working it side to side until it clears the inside drum. The pads are grooved into the drum and holding on the outside lip. Good luck!

it is a 1995 Chevy blazer and it will not go into park. have to use the emergency brake when stopped, and neutral to start it

The 2004 Chevrolet blazer emergency brake is equipped with an adjustment bolt. Turn the adjustment bolt to loosen or tighten the emergency brake.

Rebuild the rear drums. Or maybe yank on the cable under the body.

The fuse or relay for power windows on a 2002 Chevy Blazer is located under the dash near the emergency brake. It can be readily replaced by pulling it out.
