Remove the screws under the wheel holding the plastic around the steering column Insert the ignition key into the switch and turn it on-not start-just on On the underside of the ign you will see a small hole-put a small screwdriver into the hole and push while pulling out on the key and ign mechanism only goes back in one way because of a groove in the cylinder Hope it works for you----- jim-----
