I only know about the grand Espace '98 RXE, ok? The rear side panels are screwed to the body with T10 torx self-tappers. The secret one is under the air grille at the very back of the panels each side. The grille prises off. The other screws can be seen or found. The carpet is tedious. My wagon has seat rails, 8 in all, held by shouldered torx T30 screws. They are best shifted with an Impact Driver and T30 socket, 1/2 inch drive and as soon as you get one moving tighten it again then loosen a little more then tighten. Trust me on this. As for the front seats they are a Horror to remove as it is very easy to wring the torx depressions. When all the rails and the front seats and the side panels are removed you can start on the floor carpet. Be warned it weighs a ton. You need to remove the handbrake and gearbox shrouds, again obvious screws, but you need to slide the gaerchange shroud forward to release it.
Here you go. These instructions are for a 25, but the ZR is no different.
Wind the window down fully.
Carefully prise off the door handle plastic cover with a small flat-blade screwdriver. This will reveal 3 long screws - remove these.
Remove the small screw underneath the mirror adjustment housing (black plastic triangle). The screw is covered with a plastic cap which needs to be removed first.
Remove the screw from the door bin, at the hinge end of the door.
With a thin flat-blade screwdriver, prise off the plastic cover from around the chrome door pull. This cover has an inner and outer section. I find it easier to remove the inner bit first, then the outer bit.
Remove the mirror adjustment housing (black triangle) which sits just above the door card. If you don't do this, removing the door card will be more difficult but be careful as it's easy to snap the plastic lugs.
Remove the door card from the door by grabbing the lowest part (under the door bin) and pulling hard. Once the card is free on all sides, lift it upwards.
Done!
Refit in reverse order.
on the sw model start by removing the trim at the top of the door by carefully unclipping it by hand. work down both SIDS of the inner door removing trim. the largest part the main panel has two screws on botom edge of door to be removed. then gently prise the panel of whic i clipped onto the frame - once unclipped, slide the panel up toward the the top of the door so as to slide the inner hand recesses out of their housing. replace in reverse order. hope this helps.
Yes, it is situated above the clutch pedal inside the car. You will have to remove the panel above the pedals to access it.
there is only one screw holding on the handle to the door frame this can be removed by removing the small cover the screw is behind this cover its a star shaped screw then pull from the bottom once you have pulled the panel out the cover lift up out of the window lip
A cigarette lighter on a Rover 75 is held on using prongs on the side of the lighter. To remove it pull the prongs inside the lighter and pull is off. Be sure to remove the wiring from the rear.
remove the single crosshead screw in the air vent, pull the top sill of the door card back one clip, remove the tweeter and remove the trim over the top of the window - you should then have access to the three retaining bolts and the electrical connections
To replace the air filter for a Rover 75, first remove the big plastic cover over the engine, then remove the oil filter cap. Then remove the 5 Allen bolts to reveal the air filter. Refer to your owners manual.
To bleed the clutch of a Rover 75, first remove the interior panels on the steering column. Second, remove the master cylinder and use a syringe to inject the fluid into the system and repeat 4 times to bleed the clutch.
the rover 75 comes with the ftg unit inside the glove box. just unscrew the panel below (2 screws) and you will find the connector that plugs straight in and then feed it into the glove box (which is were your CD multi will be housed) when you get it.
How do i time rover 75 v6 engine/
Once you remove the trim, it will be impossible to put back on because they can only be used 1 time each. They cost about 75 dollars a piece to replace, and to take them off, you will have to have to take the door panel off.-Shocker
