I own a 2001 Honda Civic, so it should come off just like mine. The whole front bumper can be removed with a flat-head screwdriver. It's all held up with these black plastic "push-type" bolts. There's probably about a dozen of them. They easily come right off by prying them out with the head of a screwdriver. To be honest, at that point you just need to let your common sense take over. It's all very straight forward and just becomes a simple task of observation.
