Remove the screws from the bottom of the trim and the one from inside the handle. The trip is mostly clipped onto the door and also has some foam stuck around the side as a seal

Which door handle? Though, I think they are all similar in that you must remove the plastic interior on the inside of the door first to get access to the inside of the door. You then unbolt the trim panel to remove it. I just replaced the rear handle on the Sienna and I know the rear works that way for certain. Removed the interior plastic panel (first had to unscrew and remove the two handles on the inside of the rear door, then the entire plastic panel just pulled right off). There were 3 bolts holding the exterior handle trim piece to the Sienna. Unbolted those and the trim popped off. Took me about 15 minutes to take the door apart, replace the handle and put all the pieces back together.

to remove door panels you need to pop the platic trimm from round the window next there is a screw in the interior door handle that needs to be removed next pop out the courtesy light on the door trim. there are 1 or 2 screws behind that light that need removing, then disconect wiring from light then slide trim upwards towards top of door (about 1/4 maybe 1/2 an inch the trim can then be pulled away from the door careful when u do this as you will still have to lift trim a little higher to clear the door lock button

i figured it out you have to remove the still plates by the drivers seat on the floor, then you have to remove the rear seat and seat belts , then pry the trim off or interior panel starting by the side closest to the drivers door and work your way inward installation opposite of removal for the 3rd door rear remove the trim around the interior handle , then unscrew the 2 bolts in the cup holder and armrest then pry off the panel with a trim removal tool if you don't have a trim removal tool a flathead screwdriver works too but you have to be extra careful with the screwdriver so as not to damage or break the trim panel. installation reverse of removal.
