First you have to jack the car take off the wheel then remove the brake caliper then remove the sway bar bushing ,then remove the lower ball joint from the shock then remove the bolt that holds the lower control arm in . one towards the front and one towards the back . then remove the control arm . press out the old bushing and press in a new one then revers the procedure.
no you do not have to remove the strut just take the lower control arm lose.
Jack up the rear of the car so that the tires are barely touching the ground. Place jack stands under the frame. remove jack. Disconnect ebrake, brake lines, driveshaft, shocks, lower and upper control arms. Might take a little force to get springs out of seats. Axle is now separate from vehicle.
There is a green "POWER" light that comes on this 2004 Chevy Tracker. The light simi circular in the lower right corner of dash. There is no mention of any kind of power light in the owners mannual. The local chevy service dept. has no idea?? Can you help me?
you need a pickle fork to drive between the control arm and the ball joint to separate them.

Remove the plug at the bottom or the rear of the radiator or remove the lower radiator hose
There isn't one. You have to remove the lower radiator hose, which is a poor design.
You unbolt it
Remove the tire and wheel from your 1995 Chevy S 10 pickup truck. Remove the ball joint retaining nut. Pound the ball joint out with a hammer.
