You have to remove the interior trim pieces around the window, along with the T-47 torx screws that hold the seat belts to the top brackets, gently pull the headliner back just enough to access the nuts hidden underneath it, there are 14 studs coming thru from the outside, with nuts around the perimeter on the window on the inside. Pull off all the nuts, then using a putty knife, gently work the knife down between the window & the sheet metal of the cab to "cut" thru the old sealant, then carefully push the window/frame assembly out thru the back. After removing all old sealant, it is important to reseal it with butyl tape before putting it back in. Good Luck!
