How do you remove the rotor on a 1999 ford ranger 4x4 I got everything off and it will not budge. Ford book no help it doesn't show this type of 4x4 front axle and rotor asembly?

try to look on the back inside of the rotor (right where the shaft goes in) and there should be a seal pressed against it. Pry that seal off and you should be able to pull the rotor straight off. If not, make sure that seal is removed and beat and pry the rotor until it comes off. If you have to do this, it is usually means you have a bad inner bearing. The bearing will need to be replaced. Pull it off the shaft with a three jaw puller.

There are these plastic clips on either side of the ENTIRE asembly, just pull them up and the entire assembly comes free. Remove the rubber stoppers on the back and then you need to twist the bulb housing to remove it from the asembly. The bulbs themselves just pull out.
