1. Remove tires 2. remove caliper bolts 3. remove caliper carefully with crow bar without chipping 4 slide rotars off 5. slide new rotars on 6. put new brake pads on and open master cylinder and push the brake pad on the cylinder side in with C clamp (allows caliper to slide on rotar) 7. put caliper on and reapply bolts 8. put the new tires on..... see its easy you dont even have to take off the bearing like in older vehicles should take less than 40 min

Sorry, I do not have an answer for you, but I am having the same problem with my 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. 24,000 and I need new brakes. What a joke. This will be the last car I buy from Chrylser.
Rear brakes do not have to be replaced too often. It's really hard to tell without looking at it. What you can do is to replace front brakes and test drive it, if you feel that your car brakes works just fine you do not need to replace rear brake shoes.
i did my brakes most of the time it will only need an hour of my time to do both front brakes.....
