This takes about five minutes and only requires one Phillips head screwdriver. The turn signal switch is visible when you remove the steering column cover. There are four screws holding the top half to the bottom half of the steering column cover. After the cover is removed you can see the turn signal switch is part of hazard switch. Remove the two electrical plugs attached to the switch by depressing the tabs and pivoting them off. The switch is held onto the steering column with a similar tab located on the top of the switch. Slide it upward while depressing the tab. It should remove easily and reinstall as easily.
