I think if you turn the ignition to the on position,(not cranking), and press the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds, it will reset. If it is a "low oil life" indicator in the DIC (driver info center) hold down the reset button for 5 sec to reset oil life. Hope this helps "G" The first answer works for the 1999 model year GT, and may also apply for the 2000 unless you have the trip computer which may have the reset button. Best bet is to check the manual as it has some helpful info. markgp99
