The most common way to bleed brakes yourself is as follows. Get someone to help you.
Make sure master cylinder is full of brake fluid, make sure all bleeder screws are closed, have a friend push the brake pedal about 5 times to build pressure and get them to hold the pedal down. While they hold the pedal down, you open bleeder screw and fluid should squirt out. close bleeder before your buddy lets off the pedal or else air will suck back in lines. repeat until a solid stream of fluid is present. you shouldn't hear or see any air bubbles coming out. if you do, continue until air gone.

You may have an ABS sensor going out at one of the wheels.
I would check the brake lines/or bleed them out could be possible you have air in your brake lines. Take your car into a cruise and comeback to your home and when you get off touch the disk/drums surface if its real hot than you may have a brake line problem or the brakes were not installed properly another thing you can check is for sounds when you are braking osrt off like a deep rumbling scratching sound.
If emergency brake is on 1 click it turns daytime running lights off. Pull out on emergency brake handle and see if this fixes the problem.

There are no bleed valves on the engine, if that is what you mean.
In my 1999 Chevy Silverado you must press and lock emergency brake while engine is off. When starting engine lights will remain off until emergency brake is released. I never did like this limiting feature so others have said "pull the fuse" Not going there.
