Jack up the car, or do what I do (put it on ramps) Then you go under the car and you will see an oil pan with a bolt in it, (you may need a ratchet). Loosen the bolt until you can remove it with your fingers. Let it drain into an oil drain pan that you purchased for that purpose earlier. When the oil is done draining put the drain bolt back in and tighten it up relatively snug. The oil filter is located on the drivers side of the oil pan near the back. If it is a 4X4 the front drive shaft will be in the way of the oil draining when you loosen the filter. Use a filter wrench if you can't turn it with your hands.

Keep your oil pan close as the oil will be dripping all over once you get it loose. Spin it counter clockwise halfway off and let it drain to minimize the mess or you can just remove it and take a bath later.

Once it is down to a slow drip put a little new oil on the rubber of the new filter and spin it on nice and snug with your hands. Don't use the tool to put it back on!

Then find the oil filler cap on the rocker cover on the driver side. It will have a little oil symbol on it. Remove the cap and use a funnel to put in 5qts of 10W-30 oil.
