Disregard the ignorant comment above. Some of the countries that I can think of off the top of my head is India, Thailand, the Philippines, and some parts of Africa. If you want to become technical, many parts of the Europe, Australia, and even America do the same. Although this really only applies to finger-foods such as French fries, Ice Cream, Burgers, Sandwiches, Tacos, and Pizza. So really, almost every country in the world uses their hands to eat.
