No, not on a general basis if the owner makes sure the cat's shots are up to date and is well fed along with water and has a physical by the vet once a year. The only problem would be Allergies and sometimes ring worm. If rabies shots are not given and your cat is outside there is a possibility of the cat contracting rabies, but it's rarer than you think. I've had cats almost all my life (even a few that came to my parents house for a hand out and not once did my brother and I ever suffer from a harmful disease.
Now I am not certain about the spray, but I know that cat urine and feces are!
most of the time yes, unless its not tamed, its in a battle,or you bug it
Normally, no. But if you are allergic to cats to begin with, their saliva could cause an allergic reaction.
yes especially for pregnant women. use a scoop and wera gloves. i recomend cleaning skin tigh ones but grdening ones are fine and wash your hands afterwards as a precaution
If by harmful you mean dangerous, then it is because they have a natural instinct to hunt down/kill their prey. Like a cat and a mouse - the cat automatically thinks it is food because they recognise the mouse as his food. A tiger normally won't harm humans. However, because we settle in their habitat, we place ourself in the fridge of a hungry tiger.
Ticks are often harmful to humans. For instance, the sheep tick could cause Lyme disease in humans.

Yes, tigers will prey on humans just like they will on any animal. It is rare that tigers or any big cat looks at us as prey, but it does happen. Tigers have killed more people than any other big cat.
