The best form of aerobic exercise is the simplest one, walking. While walking, be mindful of your posture. Walk in supportive footwear, and in loose clothing. Keep the chin down, the shoulders back and the pelvis slightly tilted forward. Swing your arms for maximum aerobic effect. But walk at a comfortable pace. The amount of time spent walking is more important than the rate at which you walk.
