not certain, but would say one of 3 things. either there's water in the fuel. in which case, drain the tank. something other than oil was mixed with the fuel-drain the tank. or its running to rich, either lower the choke, or adjust down the carbuerator.
If it's a water-cooled tractor like a Honda it may have a coolant leak into the combustion chamber. Check the oil to see if it looks like a milkshake. If it does then the coolant has gotten into your oil.
white smoke is coming from my exhaust why?
white smoke from diesel exhaust generally means you have engine coolant leaking internally in enginevery rarely , white smoke can indicate a problem with the turbo
Blue smoke, burning oil. (tired) White smoke, burning coolant. (bad head gasket) Black smoke, excess gasoline (flooding).
its probably burning oil, if the smoke is white. if the smoke is black, it means its running rich. if the smoke is white, you have serious internal engine problems
I am assuming that the mower doesn't start.... My first guess would be that you are not getting spark to ignite the gas in the engine. Check to see if you have spark at the spark plug.
Oil burning
white smoke comes out when you use wrong gAS, Like if itsays only UNLEADED and you put diesel,,then you will see white clouds.
White smoke or white/grey smoke coming out of the tail pipe usually indicates a head gasket problem. Particularly if there is fluid coming out of the exhaust which will also cause your car to overheat because water is getting from your block into your motor... Black smoke usually indicates iol burning such as you rings are bad etc.... Answer It can also be an egr problem like leaking egr cooler just depends on the engine. but water entering the combustion chamber is the main reason.
white smoke coming from my tailpipe of my Honda civix lx 1997?
the smoke that comes out of a exhaust pipe is supposed to be white
Reverse has nothing to do with it, unless the smoke is coming from your differential. White smoke typically indicates you are burning oil somewhere.
it is smoke
