If memory serves, 18mm. That would be the bracket bolt. The caliper bolt has a 9mm thread.

Take the caliper to a machine shop and have the broken bolt removed or just replace the caliper. If you do not understand the bolt sizing, you are not equipped to retap the caliper.

brake caliper bushings are the rubber mounts that sit inside the caliper bolt holes. They help guide the bolts when bolting the caliper up to the caliper bracket.
It is a regular right hand thread bolt. Lefty loosey, righty tighty.
Torque to 95 foot pounds with thread locking compound.
Both the upper and lower caliper bolts must have the rubber boots on them. Otherwise, dirt and moisture will get in around the bolts and cause them to stick in the caliper mounts.
