Youll probably have to drill it out and get a new bolt to mount the caliper with.

First remove the outer wheel hub by taking off the 6 hex head bolts, then remove the retaing ring around the axle stub. Next remove the 6 bolts holding the hub to the rotor. wipe away the grease in the center of the hub you will find 3 small set screws, remove these. After you have done that remove the plate the screws held on by prying it with a flat head towards you. using the flat head spin the nut off behind it by pushing it into one of the two slots cut into it. You will then have to remove the caliper and the caliper carrier to get the rotor off.
REMOVE WHEEL REMOVE CALIPER BY REMOVING THE TWO ALLAN HEAD BOLTS ATTACHING THE CALIPER TO THE MOUNT, FOUND AT REARR OF CALIPER PULL ROTOR OFF, THE ROTOR IS NOT HELD BY ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE BRAKE CALIPER AND THE WHEEL LUGS. REVERSE TO REINSTAL.
Simply remove the wheel and the brake caliper. You remove the caliper by taking out the two bolts in the back of the caliper. The rotor just slides over the five lug bolts like the wheel (or rim). It may be stuck with rust and corrosion so you may have to use a little force to pop it off.
Remove the rubber boot by taking out the 4 Philips screws in the pastic base then lift it off. the boot is attached to the plastic. Then pull the next rubber mat up enough to get to the 3 torx screws, These are what holds the shifter in. MAKE SURE THE VEHICAL IS IN NEUTRAL. Remove the screws and lift the shifter out. remove the glove box by taking out the screws facing you. then pull it down
1) Have you tried taking the front dash off and checking the install underneath? I know my comes off easily (6 screws) and then the stereo was mounted with a few screws under that. 2) If you do successfully remove the stereo and it still works I may be interested in taking it off your hands :)
To change front rotors on a xterra u have to remove the brake caliper and brake guard off the rotor and then remove the gold cap off the hub and unscrew the two screws holding the wheel bearing in then unscew the holding plate that holds the bearing remember which way the holding plate goes when taking off... then remove the hub and the rotor comes with it ... then the screws going around the hub on the out side remove theses and the rotor comes off .. but i also suggest repacking the wheel bearings and replacing brake pads pads with the new rotors ...
Start by taking the vents out Then the airbag light spot and then ull see screws
you remove the spark arrestor by taking the little screws that are at the end of the tip then yank it out with pliers
Caliper sticking - take off caliper and try to push back piston into the caliper bore (if possible with the bleeder open) Flex hose restricted -Remove from caliper, take lid off of master cylinder and see if fluid runs out at a good pace (don't let it go empty) Pads stuck in caliper hardware - remove caliper and make sure pads move freely. Calipers may act different from hot to cold, when does it not release? Check it when its acting up.
Under the cover there should be two screws. On my '02 Firebird they were a star screw. Taking those two screws off let the panel come out.
