How do you change the front rotors on a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo 4wd?

First remove the outer wheel hub by taking off the 6 hex head bolts, then remove the retaing ring around the axle stub. Next remove the 6 bolts holding the hub to the rotor. wipe away the grease in the center of the hub you will find 3 small set screws, remove these. After you have done that remove the plate the screws held on by prying it with a flat head towards you. using the flat head spin the nut off behind it by pushing it into one of the two slots cut into it. You will then have to remove the caliper and the caliper carrier to get the rotor off.

How to remove 1998 jeep grand Cherokee rotor?

Simply remove the wheel and the brake caliper. You remove the caliper by taking out the two bolts in the back of the caliper. The rotor just slides over the five lug bolts like the wheel (or rim). It may be stuck with rust and corrosion so you may have to use a little force to pop it off.

To change front rotors on a xterra u have to remove the brake caliper and brake guard off the rotor and then remove the gold cap off the hub and unscrew the two screws holding the wheel bearing in then unscew the holding plate that holds the bearing remember which way the holding plate goes when taking off... then remove the hub and the rotor comes with it ... then the screws going around the hub on the out side remove theses and the rotor comes off .. but i also suggest repacking the wheel bearings and replacing brake pads pads with the new rotors ...

Caliper sticking - take off caliper and try to push back piston into the caliper bore (if possible with the bleeder open) Flex hose restricted -Remove from caliper, take lid off of master cylinder and see if fluid runs out at a good pace (don't let it go empty) Pads stuck in caliper hardware - remove caliper and make sure pads move freely. Calipers may act different from hot to cold, when does it not release? Check it when its acting up.
