In order to answer this properly you need to be more specific in what you are asking. What do you mean by "dispute"? If you take dispute to mean unrest or instability the reasons for it may differ depending on which Arab country you are talking about.

Also you need to define what you mean by 'Arab Countries'. Arab countries are on the Arabian Peninsular and Arabian North Africa and includes countries such as: Oman, UAE, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Sudan, Comoros, Libya

Contrary to popular belief (or ignorance) Iran and Afghanistan are not Arab countries..

If you mean the Middle East this also includes countries that are not considered 'Arab' such as Iran and Afghanistan, as already mentioned, and Cyprus, Turkey and Israel.
