walk dogs, eat less junk food, hike, swim, just be active and eat healthier. there are pills that can burn fat cells, like niacin, or you can just eat food with lots of niacin. But exercise and healthy diet is the best way.

When I was 15 I bought a treadmill and ran on it in the mornings for about an hour listening to music.I drank lots of water(bottled to keep track).Everyday I'd put about two spoons of vinegar in one of them and sip it throughout the day.At night I'd do crunches(to tone abs) or sit ups (to build 'em)while watching tv.Or just ran a little more.I stopped eating sweet stuff and ate less.

I took it to the extreme though, and lost 50 pounds and was bitter cause of how tired I was.Do stuff at your own pace.Don't expect to lose a million pounds all at once.
