it should bolt right in using the hardware and instructions that came with the starter. If the block isn't drilled and tapped for both holes, you'd need add the second hole using the new started as a template.
Yes, the ignition system starts the car and keeps it running. The starter system only turns the engine over.

I have a 94 Plymouth sundance duster. I am sure the location is the same. It should be right behind your oil filter underneath the engine. If you jack the front end up and slide underneath, you should see it behind the oil filer. If yo have the six cylinder the above is true. If you have a four cylinder the starter is under the manifolds on the rear of the engine.
i need to download a driver for tevion film strip scanner on windows xp
It is mounted on the top of the starter. Just follow the positive cable from the battery and it will be bolted to the selonoid.
well my starter ingage when i put the the batterie cable on , new starter selonoid, starter, altnator, so whats the problum
It should be on the starter itself or if remote between battery (positive) & starter. Just follow the cable.
Most likely the selonoid on the starter motor needs replacing
It is the selonoid unforutnately it is built into the starter......so you probably have to purchase a new starter....about 170.00
your relay is broken, a wire is crossed, or the selonoid on the startr is bad.
selonoid is bad on fire wall or switch wire on stater selonoid is bad
A mechanic.
Your battery might be dead or the starter may be no good or it might be a bad selonoid .
Why would you hotwire. Why not fix the problem?AnswerRun a wire from the negative battery terminal to the negative on the coil.Use a screwdriver on the starter selonoid to turn over the starter and start the engine.
should be your starter selonoid...they are a common problem on raptors.
try checking the starter selonoid connections from the negative battery cable.it's located just below radiator fansitting on top of starter.betcha that solves the problem.may have to replace selonoid switch but inexpensive fix ...good luck
