Well most of us all enjoy opening a can of coke,but its not the most healthiest choice. The side effects are weight gain,hyperness for a short period of time,cravings for more sugar,feeling tired after hyperness weared off,and if you drink too much, then you will eventually get dehydrated. If you have a caffeine addiction the best thing to do is try to cut back by 1 and then eventually 2 and keep going untill your down to 0 a day.Trust me I've been there I suffered a caffeine addiction so I cut back and got really bad headaches but they went away after about 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if you are speaking of consuming alcohol while playing sports, or the night before? But i do know that health care professionals advise that one should avoid it if they are preparing for a sports match. As it has been proven to produce a lethargic effect the next day, and 2 hours after initial consumption. It is a central nervous system depressant, resulting in a relaxed feeling, and a loss of coordination. And i may be going out on a limb here but almost all sports require coordination and focus. Alcohol promotes neither. But if you win your match- that's a different story. Nothing is better than celebrating your hard win with an ice cold pint.

With my personal experience, I just drank Lord Calvert and I felt nothing, then I smoked a cigarette and felt automatically drunk. I may just have gotten nicotine high because I don't smoke cigarettes regularly but I'm not sure. no but it might get you a little dizzy

Reddish color facial tone...this is from broken capillaries usually around the nose on the cheeks first, then spreads to entire neck and shoulders/chest - from years of alcohol abuse. Broken vessels in the eqophagous (throat) cause vomitting of blood, this is called esophageal varices. It can be deadly. The ends of the vessels can be cauterized, but the problem comes back if drinking doesn't stop. Long term alcoholic's bodies can have a hard round belly. Looks like a basketball inside. This is acites. Excess fluid in the abdomen. Another affect on the body is jaundice - yellowing of the white part of the eyes. Also, long abusers suffer from congitive impairments from the excessive build-up of amonia in the brain. Also stools can become greyish in color. Apetite is suppressed, weight loss is common. You can spot an alcoholic by the reddish color of face/neck, distended belly, and / or less-than-normal whiteness in eyes.
