Never. We tried Alcohol prohibition and all it did was fund organized crime well enough that it will never die. Alcohol was freely available to all who wanted it.

It's obviously at dealbreaker for him--some people don't want to date smokers. Either give up smoking, for find someone else who doesn't care that you light up. I would classify this as an over-bearing or abusive natured person. NO ONE has the right to demand or threaten the person they are suppose to be in love with. If 5 cigarettes a day are enough for this guy to take off, then think about the problems in your relationship further down the road. This guy isn't a keeper! Too bad his nose is so sensitive. Personally I don't like to smell second-hand alcohol off of people. Truthfully, I do know people that will light-up just at parties or on the odd weekend and if you don't smoke that much then try not smoking those 5 cigarettes. It's not only expensive, but it doesn't do your health much good either. Do it for you and not him! He's not worth it! If he really cared he could have said in a calm voice that he wished you wouldn't smoke because he was worried about your health. He threatened you so kick this guy to the curb.
