Anything you can imagine (and many things that you can't) is probably considered to be sexy by at least SOMEBODY out there. Cigarette holders are no different in this respect. If you feel that cigarette holders are sexy, then I guess they are........at least to YOU.

Everybody is different. Symptoms vary from person to person.

However, you are very lucky if you have no symptoms.

When I quit, I got a horrible cough and stuffy head for about 2 weeks.

I would cough up phlem and blowing my nose would result in a very thick substance that did not look normal.

At first, I thought I was sick, but when nobody in my family got sick (which is what usually happens, either the wife or kids) I knew it was something else.

Some say that the phlem is actually the cilia (small hair like follicles in your lungs) regenerating. As they regenerate, they start to get rid of all the gunk you had in you from smoking.

I was a low grade (is that possible?) smoker for about 10 years. Towards the end I was at about 1.5 packs a week. So you see, I was not a heavy duty multiple pack a day smoker, but it was still about a month before I started feeling normal again.

I have heard of heavy duty smokers taking up to 6 months or more to start to get back to normal.

The entire pouch is put into the mouth so the loose pieces of tobacco do not get stuck in your teeth to show everyone when you smile. Some people feel they are weaker than straight Skoal.

well no ciggerette is good for you, i don't know exactly how bad they are for you but i received coupons in the mail and bought 3 packs and for a week i was coughing really bad i stopped smoking them cause i couldn't take it anymore and my cough went away although i did like having the choice between smoking a menthol or a non menthol all the coughing wasnt worth it! i would say that they are very much worse than my normal brand

Nope - Marlboro is a brand name of a company who makes cigarettes. The cigarettes have lots of different drugs in them though, like nicotine.

Smoking is a lifestyle choice made by the person smoking. It's bad enough that they made it illegal in a park. I mean, think about it. The smoke is going to be blown around by the wind OUTSIDE. The chances of "second-hand smoke" are pretty much zero.

All the regulations and taxes on tobacco, and other smokeables, are outrageous. As a matter of fact, those taxes on our tobacco helps pay for your public education among a lot of other things.

Why would you want to make it illegal? It's YOUR choice and YOUR choice alone to smoke. If you don't like it, don't be near it. If you do, then smoke.

well, being a smoking teen myself, when iw as in drug class the ratio was for every 5 teenagers 3 will try drugs/ciggaretes, and out of those every 2/3 of them will stay addicted. so..say there was 500 teenagers, 300 of them would try smoking, and 200 of them will become addicted.

Dipping half a can of snuff a day is the nicotine equivalency of smoking 60 cigaretts a day.

Racer little cigars, premium cigars, tobacco or snuss.. no matter how you consume tobacco it is bad for your health.

I will say that you should buy only from recognized distributors. Buying from un-ethical places can mean sub-standard products.

From personal experience

It all depends on how long and what you are doing. I did 6 months of /candida vegan and juice fasted ( not a fast) your pushing more good liquid through your body than you could ever possibly drink. This is with fresh produce. potassium broths. linseed soaked overnight and strained. Different juices for a week will clear out different organs. Beetroot cleanses kidneys and stones etc. I also had colonic and although it did not "cure " my underlying conditions I obviously lowered my collateral levels and flushed out old drugs and rubbish. if this is about bought powders and is for a week don't bother it takes months to do a real job. just eat fruit salad and take your powders for a couple of weeks. It won't work miracles but is better than nothing. perhaps doing work every weekend say fri, sat. cool it on Sunday, you have to work ? 2 things. a Hadar could mean you are dehydrated, drink more and not just water as this may lower your electrolyte levels, mashed up bananas are good for potassium.
