Why does it seem that cigarette smoke smells stronger in cold weather?

The burning of cigarettes is essentially a chemical reaction between the cigarette and oxygen. Temperature is one of the factors that affect the rate of chemical reactions, so cold weather should slow the rate of burning of cigarettes.

This is because the lower the temperature, the less motion of molecules, and thus the collisions between reacting molecules are less frequent, resulting in a slower reaction.

How do you roll cigarettes?

If you are not that savvy with rolling them freehand, I suggest using JOB's 1.25 (nothing smaller) and a rolling machine that can be purchased at any head shop where they sell pipes, etc.

Get the best ingredients you can find and place your paper in the roller, place your ingredients in the paper, lick the gummed part of the paper, then use your thumbs to roll it into a perfect, cigarette form.

Proceed to light, and ENJOY.

This takes a lot of practice. Your first cigarette will look like "guppies". Try using the single wide papers that come with the cigarette rolling tobacco. Using thumb and middle finger, fold the paper in half lengthwise so that only the gummed edge is visible and facing you. Re-open the folded paper with your forefinger so that you have a v-shaped trough for your tobacco. Add a pinch of tobacco, enough to distribute an even amount from end to end but not so full as to get in the way of the gummed edge. Holding with three fingers of each hand, pack the tobacco with the forefingers while holding the paper with thumb and middle finger. When packed, move forefinger out of way and push the top of the un-gummed edge to the bottom of the gummed edge (closing the cigarette) with your thumbs while the back of the cigarette is supported by middle and ring finger. At this point you should have a "flattened oval" un-licked cigarette. Change your grip on the cigarette placing forefingers next to gummed edge holding cigarette shut against the thumbs and middle fingers. It's still sort of flat at this point but will change in a moment. Push gently with your thumbs upwards against middle fingers and remove forefingers while curling the tobacco filled paper against the gummed edge. By gently unrolling just a little and re-rolling with thumb and middle finger, massage the lumps of tobacco into an evenly distributed, reasonably tight cigarette. Lick the gummed edge and light.

Tobacco Smoke will also cause 'Bronchitis'.Bronchitis (pronounced: brahn-kite-uss) is an inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes, the airways that connect the trachea (windpipe) to the lungs. This delicate, mucus-producing lining covers and protects the respiratory system, the organs and tissues involved in breathing. When a person has bronchitis, it may be harder for air to pass in and out of the lungs than it normally would, the tissues become irritated and more mucus is produced. The most common symptom of bronchitis is a cough.

Answer2: Smoking cigarettes . . . has been scientifically proven to harm nearly every organ in the body and to increase morbidity and mortality," says The Tobacco Atlas. It is well-known that smoking causes noncommunicable diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and lung ailments. But according to the World Health Organization (WHO), smoking is also a major cause of death from communicable diseases, such as tuberculosis. Although smoking temporarily relieves the stress of withdrawal symptoms, scientists have found that nicotine actually increases the level of stress hormones. Some studies indicate that over 80 percent of the cigarette smoke particles you inhale stay inside your body.

While the risks increase with each cigarette you smoke, a few effects are immediate. Some people become addicted from just one cigarette. Your lung capacity will be reduced, and you'll likely develop a persistent cough. Your skin will wrinkle more and prematurely. Smoking increases your risk of sexual dysfunction, panic attacks, and depression.

What Tobacco Does to Your Body

Look at the healthy people portrayed in cigarette ads; then compare those images with what smoking actually does to your body. Note the following: Smoking causes mouth and throat cancer.

Heart Hardens and narrows arteries, starves the heart of oxygen, and increases the risk of heart disease by up to four times

Lungs Destroys air sacs, inflames airways, and increases the risk of developing lung cancer by up to 23 times

Brain Increases the risk of stroke by up to four times; causes premature aging and wrinkling of the skin. Teeth become discolored, causes stomach, pancreatic, bladder and kidney cancer.

Can teens get arrested for using e cigarettes?

The laws which ban teens from using normal cigarettes also apply to e-cigarettes (electronic); as the laws which ban teens from smoking are actually laws against the use of nicotine by minors (and even e-cigarettes contain nicotine). So the primary law you are violating is use of a controlled substance.

So yes, in theory you could be arrested.

In practice however I believe it would be exceptionally rare.

First it would depend on your local city or township laws, some cities have exceptionally strict behavior laws (I know a town where you can be arrested for swearing...)

What you are most likely to face is the fact that most towns have laws against where you can smoke, and if you break those you would generally only be cited with a fine. However if you were a minor and could not provide ID for the officer to give you the fine they would be allowed to detain you until parental supervision can be contacted. In which case you may be arrested for disorderly conduct (again depending on local laws, some places disorderly conduct is any act that disregards posted signs such as no smoking or simply not being able to provide adequate identification of who you are)

Chances are if you are caught they are just going to give you a warning, however if you do not comply with requests (such as putting it out, providing ID, explaining why you are there without supervision) than they may find some other reason to arrest you. Also, if you are told to dispose of it, be careful and considerate, be sure to use a proper trash receptacle, chances are if you throw it on the ground you may end up with a littering fine or again arrested for disorderly conduct for being a minor not obeying basic laws.
