He was forced to sign his will away to a hopeless hobo on the streets of New York..
What a strange question. My first guess was Rochdale County, but I suspected that the question was asked because the U.S. has no Rochdale County but has a county with a similar name. Upon checking I found I was right; Georgia has a Rockdale County.
Which island lies between England and Scotland?

Why did people leave England and travel all the way across the Atlantic Ocean to settle in America?
To get away from the ruling, taxing, and to create a society of their own that would not be bound to religious views and tolerances.... ironically enough, religion still plays a pathetically significant role in the US.
Why are there riots in England 2011?
This is well debated in the UK.
It was reported to have started because a man with a loaded gun was shot dead by the police after he was supposed to have fired on them. It turned out that the man had not used his gun against the police that tragic day, but the police had feared for their safety.
(It is illegal to carry any weapon in public in the UK and all guns and firearms must be licenced and registered).
Several days later saw the first rioting on the streets on the night of Saturday 6th August 2011. These riots continued over the next 3 nights in cities around England. Manchester, Birmingham, London amongst them. Adults, teenagers and children as young as nine were seen on CCTV looting and burning down shops and peoples homes, and causing havoc on the streets, smashing up vehicles and attacking the police. The simplicity of using social websites and mobile phones made it easy to spread the word and organise riots elsewhere.
The Police have already caught many of the perpetrators by trawling the CCTV and media images, also some disgusted parents have come forward and named their child or teenager as being involved in the riots after seeing them on TV news editions. The courts have been running 24 hours in the bid to clear as many cases as possible. Many of the convicted showed no remorse for their criminal behaviour and were unfearful of their prospected punishment. There have been some surprising convictions too. A millionaires daughter, a primary School teacher and a female Ambassador for the 2012 Olympic games.

In my opinion it has a lot to do with the unrest and abandonment British underclasses are feeling at present. But it is not just this problem alone that is causing the riots and looting we have seen this week in London and other towns and cities around the Country. There are a number of reasons why this happened.
The Governments removal of discipline in Schools goes back a generation or two now but this was the beginning of a lack of respect given by a lot of children to adults in our Schools and public life. These children grew up into adults with no respect for anyone or anything and have passed this culture on to their own children. Each generation therefore gets worse and worse for poor behaviour.
I believe bringing discipline back into daily life at home and in Schools is the key to getting Britain back on the right path. Of Course, this alone will not solve the problems, and we have a couple of generations of louts in our society already that needs dealing with.
The Government should forget about the 'Human Rights' laws for now and concentrate on sorting out what needs to be done for the benefit of the Country as a whole.
These looters and rioters need catching and given harsh penalties. They need to learn what is right from wrong ! It makes no difference what nationality or culture they are from. Wrong is wrong. They all ran around in packs together looting shops and businesses without regard to who they were stealing from or setting fire too. They acted like savages in the 17th century !
The Government should also start a new National Service training for at least a year for all School leavers of whatever nationality or culture who have not got University places or a job within 6 months of leaving. No going home because you feel sick etc. This should be compulsory to all able bodied. This will instill a pride and loyalty to our own Country.
Benefits should not be paid to migrants coming to sit around and do nothing. Again, 6 months and it stops. Either get a job or go back to where you came from. There is a lot of resentment to the amount of migrants still influxing into the UK and draining the benefit system whilst growing ghetto's in lovely seaside towns ruining these areas. Resentment is not only because of the cut backs but because this Government is robbing innocent genuine claimants, especially the disabled who are enduring cuts, when instead they need better help, and giving the benefits to migrants.
Stop the drink culture that causes so many problems on the streets of Britain. People never used to roam the streets causing offence to others with a can of Special Brew or bottle of White Lightning in one hand. This is the Governments making with it's liberal drinking laws.
Expel all terror incitement causing individuals or groups and illegal immigrants from the Country immediately with no appeals.
These people in charge of the Country certainly know how to rub people up the wrong way. It's no surprise we have the beginnings of riots and civil unrest. We need and aspire to the old ways again. Forget European laws, they are not working.
Our leaders can afford to go on holidays several times a year living it up in some continental idyllic location having swindled their expenses from tax payers and running the Country into the ground. They get away with lenient punishments and rub the ordinary citizens noses in it while we are suffering the worst recession for decades then wonder what is going wrong ! They do need to wake up to the real Britain now and not later.
Pigs cannot fly, and never will be able to fly. So the response that something will occur "when pigs fly" is emphatic skepticism that it could ever happen.
